Stephanie was so helpful with all of the details. They provided a beautiful room that walked out to a lovely entry walk way. Our party (wedding) was loud ans there was never a complaint. The pricing was perfect! The food.... from what I remember was GREAT! and the rooms that they had provided were comfortable and quite large! I would definetly suggest anyone thinking of having a smal classic wedding on a budget... The Marriott Oxn-Vta is the place!
This ceremony site sits on a hilltop over looking Ventura, California and the Pacific Ocean! NEED I SAY MORE! When I 1st went to the Cross when I was in high School I always thought that it was the perfect place to get married.... 11 years later .... I did! Not much decoration is needed. There is a large cross at the altar. Just a PERFECT ROMANTIC WEDDING site.
HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! The story of our wedding cake is horriffic and much to lenghty to write down! I was very dissapointed in the fact that they were going to try and sell us a cake I DID NOT ORDER! and then the cake decorator threw a "HISSY FIT" and threw the cake in the trash!!!! ONE HOUR BEFORE MY WEDDING!!!!! The only thing that I can say is after all the DRAMA!!!! The cake was the FRESHEST EVER (I HAD TO SEND MY DAD DOWN AND FIX IT) and they did get the bride groom chocolate strawberries that I wanted and was told I would not get. Other than that! HORRIBLE!!
I was in a frenzy trying to find the flowers that I wanted in my budget. Everyone pretty much laughed at me. but when I called sara @ lulu bug flowers ALL the STRESS (Flowers) was GONE! She was so kind and helpful and had done weddings at our ceremony site before. I planned everything from Denver and te flowers turned out PERFECT!! Not to mention she works with other vendors thru Milano's and got us a GREAT price on chairs for the reception! THANKS SARA!
