All of my flowers and centerpieces were stunning and she put them togeher in 3 weeks! My uncle was supposed to do my flowers at first and backed out three weeks before. Royal Design were the first to call me and she was great. She listned to my thoughts and ideas and I just got a great sense she saw what I saw in my visions. I didn't even look anywhere else. She communicated with me through out, came and set everything up perfectley, and totally worked with my limited budget. People fought over my centerpieces and raved over the flowers.
Everyone I worked with through Samantha julian was very friendley and great. There food was great and at a very reasonable price. When setting up they were a bit confused in that they were trying to change the amount of chairs at a table (which would have destroyed our seating chart) I dont think they communicated with the head guy who told me to go with ten chairs. The colors they used for my linens did not exactley match up to the color I had in mind, however, if they couldnt get my color I would have went with what they chose so it was not a big deal. I would just suggest making sure you see the linens they ordered for you before hand. In the end Lance and his mom, Siobhan, were great to work with and guegst were very happy with their food.
The most important thing is that the pictures came out beautiful. Kate was very nice in giving us a free guest book because my husband was her ups driver. However, they never informed me of our engagment shots being posted online and they never sent me a cd until they realized I had not recieved it yet. My photographer was quiet with not much personality but her pictures came out to be beautiful. In the end I do recomend them.
