Kathy was great. she really took the time to meet with us and figure out what was important for us. Her prices were reasonable and her pictures were excellent. She definitely will not disappoint.
Absolutely lived up to their reputation!!!! Flower arrangements were unique and gorgeous. Would absolutely recommend Hal at Through the Looking Glass to anyone.
Great, DJ work!! He has several people working for him, so makes it easier for a last minute booking.
At first everything seemed to be going good with this company. They were very friendly and reasonable priced. Then the day before the wedding they were over an hour late delivering the table cloths. Then when they got their they told us they didn't have the correct number and types of tablecloths and there was nothing they could do about it. Then they told us it was our fault because we didn't get our order in on time. We reserved the table cloths over 4 months in advance. But 2 weeks before the wedding we called in a final count that was less than our original reservation. We were told because of this call our order was not processed on time. I call BS on that!!!! Either way there was nothing we could do about it. Then they were also late picking the table cloths up causing an inconvenience for the reception center staff.
Staff were always very friendly and accommodating. Since we did not live in the area, we had to do most things over the phone, but no worries there. They know their stuff. Only problem was the buttons on the tuxedos kept falling off, can't really blame on them as much as the company that they rent from.
