M Catering did such fantastic work on our wedding! We planned our menu from Albuquerque NM- Rich Rosenthal came up with a beautiful menu to please both foodies and families alike. He was so kind and helpful through the whole process. The staff was terrific. The food was truly incredible, and people still are raving about it today. We had stations, so everyone's palate was pleased! Also, it was truly affordable considering the quality and range of food that we had.
