I have nothing but great things to say of the wedding/catering coordinaters. They were amazing. Despite the unusually terrible weather we had on our January wedding day they made it perfect. In fact I think it turned out far better even though I couldn't stand on the beach for our ceremony we set up inside where we overlooked the pool and beach area. They made a wedding consisting of 150+ guests feel super intimate. And, despite our hour and a half delay to start the ceremony they were very patient and did everything they could to make our day as smooth as possible. The food was great, as was the service. The packages they offer are priced well and the baker included in their package makes one of the best cakes in town!! Kudos to Tammy and Michael for helping to make our wedding day so wonderful!
Phenomenal! I couldn't have my wedding in Puerto Rico so we brought Puerto Rico to us!!! They were amazing...they came in "parranda style" during dinner. We figured this would be great for my family to get a taste of home and for my husband's family to see just how much this music can move you. It moved them alright - right out of their seats, leaving their dinners plates full to start the dance party. The band was amazing! They dedicated a song to ryan and I and played for a little over an hour. This was a gift to us and they really set the tone for the evening.
I had my heart set on another photographer who, when all was said and done, was far out of our budget. However, when we went to meet with Complete Media for our dj they informed us that they also had photograhers. We immediately liked Javier's style, very natural, photojournalistic with little photoshop. He was patient even with our wedding running late. And he was everyhwere getting every shot - we didn't even notice him during the ceremony. He has a good eye and great technique with the camera - he doesn't need to photoshop and get's it right the first time. We had 150+ guests so he had his work cut out and did a great job!
Edda's bakery was part of our hotel catering package, which was perfect because we love Edda's!! They realy have one of the best cakes in town. We wanted both traditional and non traditional flavors so two tiers of our cake were chocolate flavored and the other two were ameretto. Delicous and I'm not a cake lover. I wanted a simple design with orchids here and there. I dropped off the orchid petals and let them work their magic. The cake came out beautfiully and was absolutely delicous!
Hands down...they did a wonderful job!!! Our wedding was Puerto Rican and Irish American so the choice of music was very important to us! We wanted the families to dance together despite what language or style of music was playing. And dance they did!! All night long! We even had to extend the wedding another hour because they weren't ready to leave. And they did not end the wedding with a last dance and that's it...after the last dance they had all of our guests circle around us and give us one last group congratulations follwed by a groupd hug! It was a great celebration!!
