Paradise Gourmet Catering

I was fortunate enough to have Scott and Jean assist in planning portions of my wedding reception, at the Hualalai Canoe Club House. They were great! They can pretty much plan anything and everything you'd need or want. I chose to use them for our catering, table decor as well as flowers. Would highly recommend to anyone getting married on the Big Island.

John Keawe

We met John when he was playing at the Blue Dragon in Kawaihi. He was so nice, and we jokingly asked him if he would be able to play at our wedding. When he asked the date he said to call him later that week. After a few emails and phone calls he agreed to play at our wedding ceremony and reception. He truly made such a special touch to the whole day. I was so glad to have him perform for us and our guests. Even though I'm sure know one really knew how popular and well known he is locally. Amazing musician and very nice man.

Caprice Nicole has been a dear friend of ours for years. She went to the same high school as my husband, and I got to know her shortly after we started dating. Caprice as done several photo shoots for our families. Family portorits, engagement photos, and weddings. She has always put 110% into her work, very professional and full of heart. She is the sweetest, we love her and will continue to use her in the future.

Monique Lhuillier

I was fortunate enough to have the wedding dress of my dreams, created by Monique Lhuillier. My sister works at her store in Melrose Place, and after trying on lots of dresses we found the one for me. Monique is high quality, as well as feeling amazing and fitting fabulous! If anyone is abe to wear her creations, you will look amazing!

Earl Rigador

Uncle Ear Rigador came highly recommended by the people at Hualalai Resort. After playing a bit of phone and email tag, we finally got to talk and I felt an instant good feeling about his personality and what we had in mind for our ceremony. After meeting in person, we were so happy that Earl was going to perform our ceremony. He gave us a sample of the ceremony, which was exactly what we were looking for: short, sweet and to the point - 15-20 mins. When the day finally came he gave such a perfect performance, I didn't want it to end! But I have to say he is all heart and full of knowledge and culture. Should you ever get the chance to be on the grounds of Hualalai Resort, go down to the Cultural Center and meet "uncle" Earl.

Hualalai Resort

We had our wedding ceremony down at Kukio Beach, and our reception at the Canoe Club House at the Hualalai Resort. Both of these places were amazing! It set the perfect back drop for the style and kind of wedding we both wanted to have. The weather turned to be perfect, and the Canoe Club House was amazing! We couldn't of done anything with out the help of Shelbie Sanori, who is the event coordinator at Hualalai Resort. She took such good care of everything we needed and was always there to answer my many question over the phone or email. Amazing lady! Would not of changed a thing about anything of our wedding day. Truly perfect setting and perfect day!
