They were very difficult to work with and rude. They were not prepared and you had to talk to several people before you could get a strait answer. They always seemded like you were wasting their time or that they did not have time for you. On our wedding day My husband and sister in-law had to get nasty with the office staff in order to do last minute touches for the reception.
