This is a very old building with a very cool loft look- beamed ceilings, exposed brick, huge windows with a view of downtown Nashville. The rental rate was reasonable and the space accommodates 150-200 people for a buffet style dinner and dance floor. Drawbacks: The event space is on the 3rd floor with no working elevator (at this time) and with the building being so old, the floors aren't as sturdy for dancing.
