We love their pizza. The manager of the downtown MPLS loca was very nice and seemed very accommodating and assured all would be fine. Our church was in St. Paul and their St. Paul loca could not accommodate us on a Fri nt. so we ended up in MPLS. However, we had ONE person assigned to us. One of our best men finally complained to the manager on duty and we got someone else to assist the poor gal that was trying to get us served. It took forever. I was really disappointed, esp when I knew my in-laws were paying.
All in all they were fine, but I got a quote online and when I called to go ahead with the order they couldn't find my quote. Turns out the gal spelled my name wrong hence why she couldn't find the quote. I discovered this when I got a copy of the invoice. Also, they provide glasses and you even get a free gift of wine glasses and corkscrew, but you have to provide the champagne. I thought that was kind of a pain, since I had to arrange for someone on the wedding party to have our champagne and get it to the driver before we came out of the church. I guess the only good part to that is we were able to get our favorite champagne.
She did a fabulous job of capturing our day. My only regret was not thinking more about photos I wished for her to take. I never got one of just me and my matron of honor- my sister. However, I never requested it either. Heidi was very flexible and very easy to work with.
Burnsville did a good job on measurements. We did have to have the groom's dad and best man have to get adjustments made. The manager was there on Sat. at 9 before the mall opened to assist on the day of the wedding! Burnsville loca at the mall gets my recommendation.
Owner Tess, and staff Denise and Shelly get my vote of confidence! One of my bridesmaids gave birth to twins five months before the wedding. She was unable to lose enough weight. She also lived 7 hours away. Owner Tess altered her dress the day before the wedding! Their service was terrific. I felt welcome every time I went in.
I made my own party favor boxes and put 4 caramels at each place setting. They are so yummy. A little more $ than I wanted to spend on favors but it was perfect.
Stems & Vines was the florist contracted for our centerpieces. I decided to have them quote my flowers for the wedding party too. I compared with one other florist which was competitive in pricing but decided to stay with Stems & Vines and was not disappointed, my flowers, the girls', and guys' were all gorgeous and so were the centerpieces.
