Blaine and Eric were so great! They did both our ceremony and our reception. They kept the dance floor jumping all night and everyone said they had a blast! They were with us all day and all night. They had activities for the kids and it was really amazing!
I would reccomend then to anyone - they were very reasonably priced for being with us all day in addition to the light they provide on the dance floor with our names and date on it, a memory CD of all things spoken at the reception, and 5 copies of our dvd picture slideshow that they set to music to give to our families. It was truely an amazing day!
The food here is amazing! They got there on time and had everything set up when the cocktail hour started. I did hear that they could have paid more attention to how fast the appetizers were going to replenish them with what still to be put out, but otherwise the food was amazing!
We had a bit of a snag the week before because the computers at their office crashed so I never received a call confirming the final price for my final head count which was about 60 people less than we were quoted. The person who gave me the contract kept the original numbers and changed the amount of people.
There was also a miscommunication about who was cutting the cake. We understood that they were doing it, but they said they weren't.
I was a bit frustrated at this, but knew I could take care of it on Monday. I was surprised when the next day the owner called me to say sorry for the mix up and that he would cut me a check for the difference on monday. I went out to pick up the check and he had a little dinner package for me with a couple of nice steaks and some shrimp scami for my inconvienience.
Over all it was great food with a crazy mix up that was well worth it for the service we received!
This bar provides the services for the Monona Community Center. They were really great! The bartender was amazing! We had some issues with some guests bringing in their own bottles and just asking for soda, and she took the bottles!!!
One small miscommunication was that I asked them to have a specific whiskey and they forgot it, but they had someone bring it for me.
The cake was delivered on time. There was some miscommunication about the delivery person telling us to save the top tier even though this shop makes you a top tier for your first anniversary.
The flavors are amazing and I love them! It is the only place that I would go to get a carrot cake (which I dont enjoy normally) because it is so good!
We really loved our pictures and we had a great experience with Michelle and her assistant. With the package came a free engagement session. We already had our engagement pictures done so we were able to use ours for whatever we wanted. She also does your first baby picture session for free!
