James is great. He was professional, on time, and played exactly what we wanted. He has two face to face meetings with you so you can talk about the tone of your wedding and what you want and don't want. Also, he has online planning so you can continually update your music selection. He was also a very good master of ceremonies and kept the night going very smoothly. I would definitely recommend him.
Bruce is your contact here. I cannot say enough about our flowers. I sat down with Bruce only once and showed him pictures and my thoughts on the day. I called a few time between that day and the wedding to make small changes and he took careful notes. He paid such close attention to the details...he matched our mothers ribbons to their dresses and made sure the color of the flowers was perfect. When they arrived in my hotel room, they were absolutely stunning. The prices were reasonable and I got a lot of flowers for not a ton of money.
Kristen saved my life. I was dead set on my making my own invitations and a few things happened in my life and I couldn't do it. I was three weeks away from the send date and I was lost. I called Kristen and explained what I wanted and she made me gorgeous invitations and did it in a time crunch! I also had her make my menu cards and escort cards and everything matched and was beautiful.
We decided to use the Easton Trolley as our transportation, instead of a limo. It was a great place to take pictures, it holds a ton of people and it was great backdrop for our gorgeous day. The only downside is the price. It was very expensive, so I suggest making sure you have somewhere to really go on it (as opposed to it just driving you 5 minutes to a picture location). Maybe ask the driver to take you to downtown Easton and get pictures at random spots. Then it will feel like you got your moneys worth!
I grew up in Easton and have always loved the Easton Bakery's food. We got our cake from there and it was very small, very simple. It tasted great, but I did have a small problem with it. I had multiple meetings with the vendor and continuously checked that there would be fresh flowers on my cake. I was assured there would be. When my cake arrived, it had three frosting made flowers in the center, therefore it looked more like a birthday cake than a wedding cake. I decided to not be upset and just go with it. If you use them, draw a picture and be very specific!
Wonderful experience! Holly is your contact and I had a great time working with her. The food is BEYOND excellent and she'll customize a menu for you. The prices were very reasonable and she and her staff work extra hard on the day of your wedding. I used a buffet and had a carving station and a plated salad and everything was absolutely perfect!
