I wish I could get married all over again just to carry around the most gorgeous bouquet I've ever laid eyes on again. We were truly lucky to work with Laura and her incredible staff at Poppy's and if you choose any other florist, you are crazy!!! Laura is freakishly talented and came to our first meeting with a notebook full of ideas, a laptop with a slideshow of previous events and books of former flower stylings she's done. She is beyond creative and worked so hard to make my wedding flowers turn out the way I wanted. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and very prompt at returning emails and calls. I had mentioned that I love hydrangea and tulips, but that I knew they weren't in season in June and she surprised me on the big day by slipping in a few into my bouquet as a special treat. How thoughtful and wonderful! Every single detail was well thought-out and executed and I am SO thrilled that every time I look at my photos, I get to see those gorgous flowers again. Everyone we worked with at Strawberry Fields was incredible - very professional, friendly, and completely willing to do whatever it took to make us happy. We met with our DJ, Josh, a couple months before the wedding and gave him a general idea of the feel we wanted for our wedding and discussed general music tastes/ideas. He gave us great feedback on how to pick the special songs for introductions, etc and was very helpful. On the day of the wedding, Josh made sure to give us a quick run through of our pre-approved schedule and to double-check that the songs we had chosen for certain events were correct. He was INCREDIBLE and had the dance floor packed all night. He really knew how to read the crowd and everyone told us after the fact how much fun they had. He did a great mix of slow and fast songs (which we had requested) and I was beyond thrilled with his services.
