Crystal listened to me, asked questions about my ideas, made sure that we had a shared understanding of my vision, and sincerely took an interest in making sure that I was happy. Each time I called, Crystal was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The bouquets, boutonnieres, arrangements at my ceremony and reception were beyond amazing. Crystal and her team surpassed my expectations with the rich colors, the healthy flowers and the size of the arrangements. The arrangements were better than perfect and many of them lived for almost two weeks after the wedding! And the prices at Price Chopper were great.
We haven't seen our video yet (which is expected as it takes a long time to edit eight hours of footage), but Brett and his team were great. It was as if they weren't even there...no harsh lights, never in the way, great attitudes and total professionalism.
Erin from Make Me Fabulous was the best. I had a trial run with her and we went well beyond the alloted time and tried three different looks for no extra fee. She's honest and helpful creating the bridal look. She came to my venue on time and even helped fix my hair when I wasn't satisfied with how the stylist had done it.
