Very professional and kind. Photos were beautiful, assistant Hallie was great. Since Paul does everything on his own, and is extremely busy - a personal admin might help with some of the details that were missed in some of the business transactions.
We did a layered cake with 2 flavors. The chocolate peanutbutter cake was wonderful. Yellow cake with raspberry was fair. Cake was beautiful but designer missed an important revision from the original sketch.
