Great to work with - super friendly and flexible. What set them apart: when we started to run out of beer early on in the wedding, they checked first with us and then went and picked up more- and exactly the same brands that we had before.. guests didn't even know it happened. And our guests said many times how friendly they were and how much they enjoyed the lobster.
Jack is AWESOME! He let us serve ice cream right from his truck. He was so nice to work with and this super fun option was much less than a cake - plus everyone got what they wanted and we had time to talk with our guests. We LOVED it.
This was a big hit at our wedding! We LOVED the photobooth itself and the pictures on CD are still cracking us up. Unfortunately RI Photobooths only communicates over email, with no names or phone numbers, and it took 7 weeks before getting the CD. A bit hard to work with - but if you can deal with it - it's such a treat!

We had high expectations as Sayles has a fantastic reputation. We had very simple flowers - blue hydrangeas everywhere... Unfortunately there were some issues: the bridesmaids bouquets were dead on arrival and the corsages and boutteniers were disorganized - my mom ended up with two boutteniers pinned together. The centerpieces were lovely though.
