Oak Brook Bath & Tennis Clubhouse

I recently had my wedding ceremony and reception here at Oak Brook Bath and Tennis Clubhouse, September 2012. I have to say the building itself is beautiful and unique I give the building and the grounds 5 stars.  However the woman (Tammy) you are dealing with was the most difficult and frustrating person out of everything with my wedding planning. She doesn't act as anything for your wedding except setup your date and take your money for the venue space and hopefully let's you in when you need access to the venue. She seems to only like dealing with you through emails instead of the phone. So my phone calls went unanswered and definitely no returned calls, emails very slow and sometimes not at all replies. I would really like to recommend this place the building is very nice and different, but after the trouble I had with the worker there I can't. If they get a new person there then maybe risk it.

NOTE: The problems that I had were directly with the venue Oak Brook Bath and Tennis Clubhouse, my review was based solely for Oak Brook Bath and Tennis Clubhouse and things that directed and pertained to them alone. The said problems above were not the fault of my caterer or any of my other vendors. My caterer was awesome! The problems I had with the venue space (Tammy/people) were beyond my caterers control and help, but she (the caterer) did tried to help.
