Also located in the building is an impressive art gallery, part of the Carbon County Cultural Project that features works by internationally acclaimed artist Victor Stabin. FLOW is a restaurant that truly reflects the spirit of locally grown, fresh foods that travel from the farm harvest to the kitchen.
