I believe privately owned and you can work with them to get what you want within your budget. My flowers turned out very cute. My bouquet was gorgeous. Wasn't given a tossing bouquet, luckily I had made one just Incase.

They did a great job. Our florist made the most beautiful bride's bouquet I've ever seen and she did exactly what I wanted for my centerpieces. Best of all, she did it within my budget.
