Iced Elegance Custom Cakes

I had a horrible time with Iced Elegance Custom Cakes. When I first ordered my cake the ladies there were both nice. I later realized I wanted to go trough a different cake vendor to get my wedding cake. This vendor had a 30 day cancellation policy which ensures that as long as you cancel 30 before the event you get all that was paid down except for $50.00. Well I canceled more than a month before our wedding and was told i'd have to wait, since they had to see what there restocking fee was going to be because i'd loosing that to. When I asked a about how long it would take to get my check back they stated about two weeks max. I called two weeks later since I had still not received a check in the mail, they said they were going to barely send it out since they had just recieved the restocking fee. I called again a week later since a check had still not been sent to me, she stated that at the latest a check would be mailed out by friday of that week. It has now been over a month and my wedding is this Saturday and I have yet to recieve a refund check. When I called yesterday, they told me my check was picked up Monday and when I asked why Monday and not Friday after they had said "at the latest Friday" she said "well I'm not sure, it must have not been picked up on Friday"------funny when our mail carriers also work on Saturdays. I believe they have purposely delayed the refunding my amount of over $650.00. I would not recommend this vendor to anyone. What a horrible experiance!!!!!
