MW gets one star only because the first time we went in, the initial gentleman we met with was very knowledgeable and helpful. If it weren't for him, they would get ZERO stars.

All of our groomsmen were from out of town. When we ordered the tuxes, we told MW we would pick them up in the Rockford store. "Ok, no problem," they said. Three nights before the wedding, we get a call that one of the tuxes is in the New Jersey store - except none of the groomsmen live in NJ. It had to be overnighted and barely made it. When we went to pick up the tuxes (which took several trips, by various family members, because they weren't ready when promised), the staff was incredibly RUDE. They were AWFUL to everyone. I do not think Jos.A.Banks is much better, but I would go anywhere, ANYWHERE else besides MW. Horrible attitudes, horrible customer service, horrible experience.

Make sure you try on the tuxedos before you take them. They required pick-upsite alterations and steaming.

Don't go the day before your wedding for your tux! 6 out of 8 of the guys had to go back to get different sizes because they didn't measure appropriately ahead of time. The guys looked great, but that's because I had asked them all to go 2 days before the wedding to pick the tuxes up, instead of the day before like Men's Wearhouse recommends. Just don't go the day before the wedding and you'll be fine. The guys all looked really handsome.

They screwed up 4 of the 7 tux orders. Why do they bother to measure the men if they're not going to order the right size anyway? Use them only if you want bad service, the wrong size tux, a black jacket off the rack because they don't have a tux jacket in the right size, and one of the groomsnman's tuxes to be sent to the wrong state. They nearly gave me an ulcer.
