Mario just catered my wedding in the end of September, and I'm so happy we found him. His food was just as tasty as the presentation was appealing. He was very easy to work with, and has a very genuine passion for culinary arts.
Our menu consisted of Point Reyes blue and smoked Gouda cheese with fresh fruit and nuts for the cocktail hour, a caesar salad with parmigianno and croutons, grilled tri tip with rosemary roasted potatoes and asparagus, jerk chicken with plantains and mango salsa, and a couscous salad with champagne vinaigrette. It was an amazing meal, and I'm so glad that my husband and I were able to actually had a chance to enjoy it all as much as the guests.
