The photos from Redstone are stunning, and that's the main thing. The two reasons I didn't give 5 stars are 1) there were some typos in the books we ordered that seemed unprofessional, and 2) there were several people at the wedding we didn't get photos of. I had assumed there would be table shots, but just a heads up to be sure to ask for those. But that said, Redstone Pictures was easy to work with, and Cass' energy really made people feel at ease in front of the camera. So many of my friends are not happy with their wedding photos, but we were pleased with the results.
we havent' seen the photos yet, but she gets 5 stars because she's been fun to work with and we liked her other photos - hoping we like ours as much. also, if you buy an album (which most people will do, and she offers 5 styles!) you get all your photos on DVD. i dont' think other photographers necessarily do this. my sister in law has to wait 3 years before the photog will give them to her. The DVD means I can turn around and make a book for our parents online for cheaper than her parent books if I want.
Update: We've seen our photos. She missed some key shots so we were a little disappointed with that. The album is now being made. We felt a little frustrated at the process. Seemed like we needed more time with her and then for touching up the photos so we ended up being charged extra for touchups and redesign. My sister in law met 9 times with her photog for the album. We met once. More seemed discouraged and likely we'd have had to pay (which my husband really didn't think we should have to do. Hence, some frustration.)
