We completely lucked out by finding Bonnie from First City Events! We planned our Savannah, GA wedding from California and only had online reviews to rely on. In the middle of our wedding planning, it got a bit nuts (as weddings do!) and I emailed Bonnie to see if she could join us for a vendor meeting that we were flying into town for – in two days! She responded very fast and said of course. The meeting went great and we booked her as a “Day of Coordinator”. Boy is she more than “Day of”! Bonnie went above and beyond to help out with anything possible – I ended up contacting her for help finding local vendors, restaurant suggestions, salons, etc. Starting about 3 weeks before the wedding she took all my vendors’ info and became the main contact – huge weight off my shoulders and saved me hours! At our rehearsal I am certain I threw 25 new things at her that I wanted and at our wedding reception everything was exactly as I had asked! Also important - she kept the evening right on schedule. Because of her, our wedding went absolutely perfectly and I had nothing to stress about! It was all about my new husband and I celebrating with our friends. I encourage ALL brides to hire Bonnie so you can have a stress-free, perfect wedding!
We used Bonnie and her "team" for the "Peaceful Day" package. She was a life saver more thna once before the day, as I was in Atlanta planning. She ran the show at the rehearsal, took care of all those little details even a very involved bride would forget, and made the day absolutely wonderful. Even if you're planning everything yourself, do yourself a favor and work with Bonnie so that you can enjoy the actual wedding day!!
