I found the dress of my dreams at this store. The drawbacks are many...once you select and pay for your dress they are not very helpful. I had to call several times after my dress was due to be in and they couldn't find it, they lost my veil twice, they promised to hold is "safely" until the week before the wedding but asked me to take it home when it arrived. There was new staff members EVERY single time I went to check, for a fitting etc... All in all I am happy to have the dress but don't recommend it very highly for "service".

Great experience buying my dress and my bridesmaid's dresses. BUT never would go their for alterations again.

We had a terrible time with this vendor. Very frustrating with little personal attention.
