Sophia took care of my wedding in October 2009. Her arrangements were absolutely exquisite and everyone, including other event vendors, asked where the flowers were from. I would recommend her in a heartbeat!

The main reason my fiancé and I chose Sophia is because her arrangements were not just flowers put together in one pot, but they represented an artistic, elegant (to fit our wedding style), arrangement that was very well balanced as far as the different types of flowers/greens. It did not appear bulky, over exaggerated, or too “thin.”

Sophia works extremely well with the budget of her clients. She will ask what her client wants, give a price quote, and, if the client deems it to be too expensive, she will come up with ways of altering the flower arrangement in ways that impact the look little, but have a significant dollar impact. Overall, her prices were very good and when combined with top quality are absolutely unbeatable. If you shop around - you will not know the quality that you might get with another florist, but you can tell right away that Sophia prices her products very competitively.

One thing to keep in mind – if you want Sophia’s opinion, please ask for it and she will tell you what she and her designer think. I found that if the client appears to be very attached to a particular flower, color, etc, Sophia will not insist on changing it even if the combination is outrageous, so you need to tell her that you want her opinion and then it’ll be up to you to either take the suggestion or leave it.

Sophia also coordinates well with clients to make sure they get what they want. She ordered flower samples for us to make sure the color of roses was right, she put together a little bouquet with some samples of greens, and one day before the wedding, she showed us competed arrangements to see if we wanted anything changed.

Both timeline and budget were 100% met.

The only suggestion I have for Sophia is to perhaps keep the stems on boutineers a little longer. We had 4 boutneers for men and 1 broke right away while 3 more lasted about 2 hours, but fell off before dancing began. I think that this can be easily fixed for future clients, so it's a minor cons.
