A New Horizon

One of the downsides to the wedding was the hair dressers at A New Horizon. Molly, who did both my mom's hair and my mother in law's hair, rushed through both of them and did not listen to what they wanted at all. She ran out to go on vacation with her boyfriend and left my sister with the girl who was suppose to be doing my makeup at the time. My mother in law went home and had to do her hair all over again. With everything in a time crunch the day of the wedding she didn't have any time to have Molly do it over so we called the next time the salon was open and voiced our concern. It was very pricy and to not be satisfied was ridiculous. We only wanted them to do something for my mother in law, because 15 minutes to do a good updo is not acceptable, especially when the stylist was not listening to a word she said. The owner called both my mom and mother in law liars, stuck up for her employee who was very unprofessional, and refused to do anything for my mother in law. We were not asking for everyone's money back or anything, just my mother in law. I would never ever use this place again, nor would I recommend it to any bride or bridal party who would like their hair done a certain way. They take no responsibility for their work, nor do they stand behind their product.
