They ran late and the outcome was awful. Asked for natural looking hair style for curly hair bridesmaid- "just touch up the curls and pull a few pieces back". He blew out the hair straight, used a big curling iron and poofed the top. Very pageant looking. For myself- they made the back of my hair look like a bagel. We had to rush to another salon and have both styles re-done.
