Stunning 5 star hotel at the back of the Pantheon. Food was outstanding. Ate on roof top terrace with views over Rome including the Vatican and the Pantheon. Let down a little by organisational skills - also our vegetarians got a plate full of lettuce leaves for main course so you need to be very specific.
