Edelweiss Bakery in Rancho Bernardo

The best cake we found - and we tasted a lot! Friendly and very reasonably priced.

Edelweiss went above and beyond to make us our dream wedding cake! We had met with a previous vendor that told us our cake that we wanted could not be done (even though we had a picture of it). We took our picture to Edelweiss and they made it happen! Very friendly and helpful staff! Oh and the cake is sooo good!
