San Juan Water And Beach Club

This venue was perfect for our wedding. We had a day time ceremony on the beach (right outside the hotel) followed by a cocktail hour and brunch at the hotel's foyer and Olas salon. We had about 60 guests which was about the right number for a sit-down meal. Getting married in October was great because it still is low season in PR and that kept some of our costs down. And we got lucky and had perfect weather the day of our wedding (October is the end of hurricane season!). One of the reasons I chose this venue for my wedding was their sales/event person that I started working with. She was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Unfortunately she is no longer there. She left a bit before our wedding so we had a bit of miscommunication issues transitioning to a different events person. Once that was resolved however, everything went smoothly.

The hotel is very nice and the location is great. We had a lot of out of town guests thus it was important that they could get places walking. This hotel's location was great for that. We were also looking for an intimate venue and we certainly got that at the Beach Club. The front desk staff at the hotel are amazing. They were very friendly and helpful all the time. They went the extra mile to make us and our guests feel special. If you are looking for an intimate venue on a beach setting for your wedding, you should consider this venue.

AND using wedding mapper interactive map to let our out of town guests know where everything was, was really helpful. We imbedded the map on our wedding website and guests were able to plan their stay in PR very easily following our recommendations. They loved the fact that by clicking on the map they could not only get information for the attraction but also directions on how to get to/from there. I love it!
