Matt and his staff are absolutely amazing when it comes to customer service. They accomodated all of our needs and we used them for the whole weekend and they were amazing.

Premier Catering staff was wonderful and the food was great! We had so many compliments. The prices are reasonable and he is willing to work with your ideas, such as the burger bar we had.

top notch food. may need more servers if doing a sit=down dinner. walleye and rib eye steaks were yummy!

They do not know how to write a contract. They couldn't remember after months of planning if we were doing sit-down or buffet. They understaffed our event. It took FOREVER just for the salads to come out. My chicken was cold. By the time the cake made it out to everyone people had got restless and left their seat already. Owner is high strung and extremely unorganized.
