Run away from this vendor. Planned a menu in advance. He didn't follow it. Said he would give us all the leftovers. He took them. Said he'd be there four hours. He was there two hours. Said he would take away the garbage. He didn't. He even left us his garbage. Said he charged half price for kids and zero for infants. He charged us full price and we are still arguing about a refund. I told him it was a casual elegant wedding. He and his crew wore shorts and tee-shirts with Grizzly in a Hawaiin shirt. The rice pilaf was like a soup. It was leftover from a catering event the day before. He ran out of some items of food with 2 tables left over. He said everyone could have steak and salmon. But his waitresses made people choose between the two. He uses Sam's Club clear plastic plates and calls them elegant. Clear plastic silverware as well. He does nothing with drinks so you have to buy all your own ice tea dispensers, water pitchers, coffee servers, etc. unless you want to just serve drinks from a cooler. Horrible experience with him. Luckily people came to see us get married not to have a gourmet meal. I understand now that the mac and cheese is out of box not baked. The mashed potatoes which we sampled at a tasting were instant. The basil, tomato, mozzarella sticks don't contain fresh basil but dried flakes.
This caterer is the worst around. We provided him with a menu which he didn't follow and then refused to adjust the pricing following the wedding. Also, he did not do the clean up after himself. Do not choose this caterer. If you do, you're truly asking for trouble. He's just not trustworthy, and a bride really does not want to worry about a thing on her wedding day.
