Our photographer was excellent. Our coordinators from Renaissance gave him my "shot list" and he was shooting pics as soon as my husband arrived. Once I arrived, he was constantly snapping & after the ceremony, he took out my list & got pics of everyone I had organized that needed pics in advance. He was very creative and we tipped him well! He had an album ready for us just 2 days after our event to take home as well as all our pics on a CD.

Excellent DJ. He did an amazing job. He was told NOT to play anything BUT what was on our lists & he literally followed that rule to the point where I had my niece asking me to ask the DJ to let her put on cotton eye joe! He was great & understood some really specific "parts" that I wanted to a particular song for the bride & groom "entrance" and he played it down and introed over it perfectly! Everyone loved our music & he mixed it perfectly with dance music to keep the night's excitment alive! At the end of the night we were chanting "tito tito!"

The food was excellent. We started with a Shrimp Cocktail Display, a Vegetable Display, a Cheese & Fruit Display & a Cold Salad Display. For Dinner, we opted to do a buffet style of 3 stations, Italian, Mexican & Oriental. This was a BIG hit! Everyone loved the food & I saw people keep going up and getting more & more. I was so stuffed I never even made it to the Oriential Station. For Dessert, we opted for a small cake & a dessert station. The desserts were DELICIOUS! Everyone loved the food! Nothing came out wrong, late or looked bad. Everything looked & tasted first rate!
