DJ delights sent a horrible DJ run our wedding. It started with the announcements where he forgot the groom’s parents and announced his uncle as his grandfather. He did not cut music we asked to cut even though we had it written on our form ahead of time and we asked him to do it 3 times during the wedding including as the song was going on. He did not "run" the wedding the way a DJ should. We had to ask to do our first dance and by that time we only had one hour left at the reception. The guy also went up to get food before guests got their food. This is not very professional. He also did not have a song on our must play list even though we were promised all songs we requested. We were sent a refund after we complained to the owner, we got slight refund which was not enough in my eyes because he also send a snotty letter with the refund saying they don't feel they did anything wrong but they hope that the refund leaves us on good terms. He said I knew that the wedding was behind schedule but I choose to ignore it. No one every told me we were behind schedule and I didn't realize I should have worn a watch on my wedding day. I do not recommend DJ delights. I feel like they think they know everything because they have been in business for so long, which makes them not try as hard or prepare for events ahead of time.
the dj did not contact me before the wedding, so on my wedding day I didn't even know if he/she was going to show up, the dj did not know about the apron dance that was I did fill out on their online form, the dj forgot my parents during the announcements for the reception, when he called us up for a special dance he called my husband by the wrong name, the song for the dance didn't have words like it was suppose to, the dj played my last dance song a few songs into the dance floor being open, and he ended my reception a half hour early even though his paper work clearly said he was to play until 6pm.
