Ivy's Gifts from the Vine

Ivy is very friendly and creative, but getting contracts, revisions, etc. in a timely manner was not easy. The bridal bouquet was beautiful, but not at all the color that we had sent her in a photo, so we were quite shocked on the wedding day when they arrived. When the flowers were delivered to her from her vendor and weren't the right color, a phone call to us would have been nice. After the wedding when I emailed her regarding that disappointment, I have yet to receive any response.

Ivy is very creative and has a great eye for design, but she definitely proved to be challenging to work with. We started talking in April - and I didn't get a contract with her until the end of September. She seemed to have a lot going on all the time and didn't have time to focus on our wedding. It was frustrating, but she was able to pull it off in the end. If you're anywhere near as organized and anal as we were - you'll get frustrated working with her!
