Cloverfield started as a pipe dream in 2018 when the Cramer Family found this hidden gem. The 1900s farmhouse and guest cottages had been completely abandoned for over 10 years when the Cramers saw the property and immediately fell in love with it. Everyone told them they were crazy, but they knew they could restore the property and bring the beautiful property back from the brink. They took a little over a year to work in it, day in and day out. But with a lot of hard work, determination and a few of Lauren's tears they did it! Cloverfield started welcoming guests in 2019 to stay in the Guest Cottage (3bed/2bath) and Guest Barn (1bed/1bath). With a few years of that under their belt (and more than a few redundant requests) the Cramers decided to open Cloverfield for more than just overnight guests and to add event hosting to Cloverfield's offerings.

This beautiful property in located in the heart of golf and equine heaven in Southern Pines, North Carolina. Just a few short miles to the neighboring towns of Pinehurst and Aberdeen. And exactly one hour's drive to/from Raleigh's RDU International Airport. You will have the entire 6 acre property to yourselves to plan, play & stay for you and your guests. Cloverfield is rented in 24 hour increments with options to add on days before/after your event day. The 6 acres provides you and your guests with a beautiful ceremony site, reception site, The Guest Cottage, The Guest Barn, storage/vendor set up in The Ranch House and the privacy and exclusivity of the grounds to enjoy as you wish.

The Guest Cottage is a 3 bedroom/2 bathroom cottage situated on the west side of the property with it's own driveway, parking and front yard. The Cottage would be the perfect area for the bride and her crew to get ready for the big day with the space and privacy every bride wants.

The Guest Barn is a 1bedroom/1 bathroom oversized tobacco barn which sits on the southwest side of the property. The Barn is the ideal 'man cave' for the groom and his buddies to get ready for the big day.

The Ranch House will be offered for vendor/storage use. The Ranch house's expansive carolina room opens up directly to the reception area. Vendors may use the carolina room and attached kitchen for all of their needs.
