I did cupcakes on a cupcake tree with a regular cake on the top for my cake topper. Publix in Citrus Park has a wedding area to order and they helped me customize exactly what I wanted. I had 100 people at my wedding and my cupcake/cake served 108. It was done in my colors, delivered and setup 2 hours before my wedding and reception. The whole thing only cost me $173. It was perfect and delicious.

We searched for a simple inexpensive cake. Publix was the best choice we could have made. We had more than enough cake and it was resonably priced. They did a fantastic job of decorating the cake and making it exactly how I'd imagined. They also delivered it to our reception venue for us so that was one less thing we had to pick up!

Our cake was delicious! it was a little bit crooked, but good.

a great way to save money and still have an amazing cake

Cakes delivered on time and they tasted as good as they looked

our cake was delicious and beautiful!

I ordered my cake from Publix, it was perfect they customized it for me, made the filling whatever i wanted and all for a great price.

Our cake tasted amazing and was very reasonably priced. Just be careful but elaborate you ask them to go, they are amazing bakers but the design I would say is good but not phenomenal so keep it basic and you'll be very pleased!

Our cake was so moist and yummy! It was perfect and more importantly in our price range.

Our flowers were disappointing. It looked like they had sat outside all night and were wilted when we got them. ALso, not quite what I asked for.

They delivered the cake on time to the right place and it was okay. It didn't look anything like what we disscussed everything about it was sloppy.

We bought cupcakes to make our cupcake cake. They tasted amazing, but they put them in bright yellow wrappers that clashed with the burgundy and ivory of the icing.

Publix did a wonderful job on our wedding cake at a very resonable price. I wanted a fairly simple designed cake, and I gave them a picture of what I wanted. They did an amazing job decorating it and it tasted delicious! I also thought that the delivery cost was reasonable as well, especially since they figure per th milage and there are Publix stores all throughout the city. I would highly recommend using Publix!

I wish I had spent more money on our cake at a different bakery. Publix did a terrible job with our cake - it looked like a child made it! It was lopsided, the frosting was uneven AND they did not put flowers on the cake like they said they were going to. Luckily it still tasted really good!

delicious cake! super moist!

They were wonderful to work with and the cake tasted Great it's just that our cake arrived looking a little messed up on one side!

We decided to do a dessert table instead of the traditional wedding cake and Publix had the absolute best decadent platters with every dessert imaginable. They were delicious as well as gorgeous.

Publix made my wedding cake and it was absolutely gorgeous. They made a huge 4-tier cake and worked with me to design it exactly the way I wanted it. It was really beautiful and everyone said it tasted delicious! I woudl have never guessed that a grocery store bakery could make such a great cake.

The cake was delicious and was so beautiful. It was delivered on time and was not expensive. All my guests raved about how good it tasted.

We had a great cake. My wife (then bride), came up with a design and informed them about it. They made it to perfection. The cake tasting was fun and the whole cake was awesome. Too bad we didnt get to eat more since we were so caught up with the wedding...

We saved tons of money by having our wedding cake made by Publix. It turned out beautiful and very tasty!

We got our cake from Publix. it was beautiful and tasted delicious.

Seriously, it's a good place to get a cake and ours was exactly what we wanted.

we did cupcakes, chocolate and vanilla with icing matching our wedding colors...the top of the cake we splurged for the wedding party, and decoratd with chocolate candies seashells...absolutely beautiful !!!!

Cake was delivered at the exact time they told us. Tasted really good! My only complaint was the design that was hand painted on the cake was kinda uneven and crooked (no one noticed except me) Other than that it was a very affordable and yummy cake. Would definatly use them again.

Great cake/texture, great deal, and they deliver!

Publix is where we got our cake it so was so good. we had a 3teir cake and only brought the top home. We only had about 50 people they ate alot of cake.

I ordered by cake from Publix bakery. The cake looked beautiful.

I was worried about getting a wedding cake from a grocery store. It was AMAZING! It tasted great, didn't cost nearly as much as other people were quoting, and they delivered it. Absolutely love it!

Publix always has good cakes, and the one at the intersection of Barrett Parkway and Bells Ferry was right-on. We had three layers- vanilla, marble, and chocolate, and all were delicious. The wedding cake lady (Carmen) was nice, and the cake turned out exactly as I had specified (purple!). It looked beautiful, tasted fabulous, and it was far less expensive than any other bakery we tried. The only downside is that this is not the place to go for towering, fancy, avant-garde cakes, but it IS the place for traditional (or traditional-but-another-color, like mine) style cakes.

Cake was not only gorgeous, but delicous! Our guests could not believe the cake came from a publix bakery.

Cake was excellent! On the day of the wedding I got a call from the decorator who had concerns about my choices of icing colors, so we changed it on the day of the event and it was gorgeous! It was delivered on time and it was perfect.

Our cake was beautiful and people can't stop talking about how delicious it was!

Do not be afraid of ordering your cake from Publix to save money. I'm a pastry chef and Our guests had NO idea and it was delicious!!

Amazing, although Ms. Zandra tried to get me to use one of her vendors, but I am just a Publix lover of cake that was great!!!

I gave Publix a picture of the exact cake I wanted and they provided!

Our cake was exactly how we wanted it... delicious, too!

Made both the wedding and groom's cake. They did a beautiful job and delivered the cakes in great condition. Pretty and delicious. Reasonable prices, too.

Our cake was really good. Publix was recommended to me by a friend and I'm glad I followed her advice.

Delicious cake and it was waaaay cheaper than other venues. Would definitely use again!

We ordered our cake from Publix Greenwise and it was so rich and creamy, absolutely delicious!

The cake was very tasty. I gave them a picture of the type of cake I wanted and it came out exactly like it.

I ordered both my wedding cake and grooms cake from Ron. The grooms cake was awesome! It was a Phillies hat and a Cheesesteak (my husband is from Philadelphia). It was also absolutely delicious (marble cake with peanut butter filling). Only problem we had was that when we went to pick it up, we found that they had moved the store! It wasn't far, but with lights and traffic it cost us about 20 minutes. Since it was right before the rehearsal dinner and I was tight on time, it was a little stressful for me. The cake being great made me forget about that though.

As for the actual wedding cake, I drew out a cake for him to make. It was fun and unique and didn't look like a traditional wedding cake. Ron made an interpretation of the drawing rather than basing the cake on the drawing. It looked like a traditional wedding cake for the most part. It did have some of the features... Light blue, palm tree on top (was supposed to have a beachy scene on top), gum paste seashells. Don't get me wrong, it was an absolutely beautiful cake. It just wasn't the cake I drew or even close to it. He also didn't ask me any questions after our initial meeting, which I thought was odd. I thought it just meant that he had it all set, but now I wish he had asked some questions. All in all, the cakes are beautiful and every flavor I've had has been delicious. I'm not a fruit in cake person, but the raspberry filling was to die for!

Great Cake at a great price.

The Publix bakery makes delicious desserts all the time, and the baker we used was so excited to make a wedding cake and have a break from kids' birthday cakes.

We wanted a cost effective vendor for our wedding cake so we instantly thought of Publix. I have purchased items from the Publix bakery several times and have always been more than satisfied with the cost and taste. We decided to schedule a cake tasting with the new Publix Greenwise Market. We asked for specific cake flavors including a flavor they did not have on their menu. They accommodated our request and matched the flavor perfectly. We also requested an elaborate cake design and despite being a relatively new bakery, they did a phenomenal job. My guests still rave about our beautiful cake and I truly believe Publix did just as well, if not better, than a high-end bakery.

The cake was delicious! It looked great and was exactly what we had asked for. They called us once with a minor issue, and we were able to resolve it quickly over the phone. Good selection of cake, frosting, and fillings. Very comparable pricing. It was so good, I'm actually craving our wedding cake, more than 6 weeks after we're married!!

Very creative. They are very helpful at making your dream cake.. Plus the cakes taste wonderful and are a good price.

We used Publix in Key Largo for our wedding cake. Very reasonably priced, and it was beautiful & delicious! I sent them pictures of what we liked and they made it just like the pictures. Great job and glad we paid about 1/2 the cost of a bakery!

They made a beautiful cake for an excellent price. We LOVED the groom's cake we chose. So good!!

Wonderful tasty cakes but sometimes hard to get a hold of.Works out of her home.

Oh, the bakery. What was supposed to be a fun cake tasting, turned into a disaster in a hurry. First, it is hard to work with these people from a distance if you want anything other than the options listed on their website. They do not provide an email where you can send a picture, but instead ask you to fax it in. Apparently their fax machine is less than optimal, and the resulting photo of the cake I had in mind did not come out well. I had previously spoken with bakery manager, Brenda, who was very helpful over the phone. I was told that they would happily pick up the chocolates made by the Chocolate Forrest for the cake, so it would save me the cost of shipping. Upon arriving, the cake decorater, Lynn, had no idea what I was talking about--This is TWO days before our wedding. It took a long while to finally get this settled, but eventually they agreed to pick up, for a fee (probably could have shipped for the same amount). Relieved, I was eager to get to the cake tasting...when she asked me what flavors I was interested in tasting, I repeated the same information I had relayed to numerous people at the bakery about the flavors we wanted in our cake. I was told they were out of Lemon and would not be able to get it by the time of the wedding. Seriously? Don't you think it would have been a good idea to tell me this? Isn't Publix a CHAIN store? It didn't even cross this woman's mind that she could call across the street to another location? ...after I had told them repeatedly I wanted lemon flavor in my cake. We ended up paying around $300 for a cake that fed only 75 people - and they did somehow manage to find lemon filling. Do not try to save money by going to a Publix. Extra money is worth some amount of professionalism that this particular Publix was seriously lacking. I was practically crying when we left the store (just the straw that broke the camel's back, I know this ultimately was not that big a deal). The cake did turn out beautiful in the end and tasted very good, it just wasn't worth the stress to get there.
