A taste of the Mediterranean in the heart of the Mad River Valley, Sage offers eclectic cuisine inspired by classics from Spain, Italy, Greece and other Mediterranean coastal locales. We also serve delicious cocktails, desserts and coffees in a warm and casual atmosphere.
The Banquet Room can hold up to 25 people for a sit-down dinner. And, we can arrange a cocktail hour on the deck.
