I spent more on alterations then the dress and everything has a price with them and they do not tell you when you get the dress you find out after... my dress was late being finished I got the day before I was not confident in the whole process they had a new person helping me with alterations and she had no clue what to do .. Not her fault but comeon davids if im spending a couple thousand dollars on a dress I will wear 1 time gt it right... the train the said they bundled up was a joke I stepped on it ALL night.. that cost me 300 to alter.... Worst thing was when I picked up my dress they had 3 girls stading at a counter watching me walk out and not 1 of them opened the door for me what a joke as I drug the dress out... Better customer service would be nice.. DONT USE Them
