Bus was clean and comfortable. Driver was awesome and accommodating.

We used a limo for 2 hours prior to the wedding (4-6PM) and a 24 person mini-bus from 5-6PM and 10P- 12A as a shuttle to/from hotels. We got a pretty good deal in terms of cost and the vehicles were in very nice condition. My only glitch was with the limo. Perhaps I was a little aggressive in how many trips I thought he could squeeze in to that two hour time frame, but my last group of people were stuck waiting at the Westin and ended up taking cabs to get to the ceremony. Additionally, when I asked the driver to avoid the busy congested area (ie: Michigan Ave on a Saturday afternoon), he did – but he took the next longest way instead of multiple options that would have had less traffic. If those kinds of things are not an issue, then I would definitely recommend them – or just have the desired route spelled out ahead of time. All in all, everyone got to where they needed to be – and the shuttle portion was awesome and appreciated by the guests.

I used M&M limousine services for my wedding. Please be aware before you book your limo with this company. It will truly panic you, when it is supposed to be the happiest time of your lives. Not only was there no Champagne in the limo as promised, but it smelled like beer and there were beer caps everywhere along the windows. This limo was not cleaned before it arrived, as promised. I did not want a stripper pole in the limo, and there was one inside (it was greased up also). The limo driver was terrible, not only did he get lost every turn he took, but he set us back on timing. Our pictures had a stripper pole in them. When we were ready to leave the location where we were taking pictures, the limo driver was gone. We had to wait for him 20 minutes, because he decided to go to the store. I had to accommodate him. I wrote and called the company afterwards, and no one returned my phone calls. No discount and no apology. All of this is so inappropriate. If you want a limo for a party, then you are good to go but for a wedding, you should think twice.

P.S. I forgot to mention, the limo driver had no problem trying to drink with us. Very safe!

We rented a limo bus thru M&M for the wedding party to be taken from the ceremony to the reception, and we were very pleased! The vehicle looked exactly like it did on the website - and it was a fair price.

Terrible vendor. Limo smelled like kitty litter, and we did not get the just married sign or red carpet. Rude driver - didn't even open the door for the bride! Vendor refused refund of gratuity or any sort of compensation. CHeap prices, but you get what you pay for!!!

Even though the limo was hot and the AC took forever to kick on. I was pleased with the service since we booked them 3 days before the wedding. Unfortunately, we were not able to get a white limo, but they sent us a black Stretch Excursion for the price of the white limo.
