Communication was good leading up to the wedding. Their website was relatively easy to use but did experience some glitches along the way with saving preferred songs. This became evident at our wedding when they did not have our wedding song on the list. Rob was very professional and checked in with me a LOT during the reception and he handled the issue well, having the song downloaded within an hour so we were still able to dance to our song. They did also play one of the songs I put on the "Absolutely do not play" list. They also read the crowd well and played according to what people seemed to be enjoying the most without very much direction from me. Overall, more good qualities than bad. Worth considering, for sure.
