Julie Morgan Hair and Makeup

Julie is a celebrity hair & make-up artist and a miracle worker. I'm 67 years old and got married for the first time in August, 2015. Julie created the hairstyle I chose from a photo, and incorporated a full box of extensions to give the proper effect. Her make-up technique highlighted my best features and I was thrilled with the results. Julie stays calm and is such a loving person that I HIGHLY RECOMMEND her! Many celebrities do too!
