We are a group of serving and retired Canadian Military Photographers. We hold a reunion every 5 years. We hold meetings and plan our reunions up to 3 years in advance. It is s weekend of activities and trips down memory lane. On the Saturday evening we hold a formal dinner/dance. We are in a new venue this time and are working with round tables (they seat 8). We want to have a sign-up for the dinner on the Friday night at the meet and greet. We need a convenient way for people to sign up for their table. I thought of using a wedding planning site like yours. It seems really we organized. I need to be able to take my file to a Staples store to have it printed. What file format is it in so I can work with them to print it out for me? I will use my own contact info, as I am the volunteer on the Committee who chose to do this part of the planning.
