Rachael is on top of everything from the little details to arranging vendors and just answering all your questions. Our caterer had to drop off three weeks before the wedding, and Rachael already had replacement lined up before we could worry about it. Belize is a very laid-back country so it is nice to have someone who grew up in the states (and understands our worries) but also now lives in Belize (and understands the Belizean culture) to take care of everything and all the little issues that can happen. She did a wonderful job for with our 70+ person destination wedding :)
