Venue Restaurant & Lounge is a full-service dining restaurant offering complimentary Iced Tea and soda during our affordable, quick-service lunch while presenting a finer dining Chef-inspired dinner service. Our nightly features are nothing short of amazing with exclusive finds from around the world. We've brought in items such as Live Diver Scallops and Sea Urchin to 20 pound Barrelfish and 60 day Dry-Aged Ribeyes. It's important to Chef John Benton and our culinary team to deliver only the freshest, gourmet ingredients that our Guests can't get anywhere else.
While our Chefs are raising the knife in the kitchen, we have an exquisite team blowing talent away in the front of house. Barrie Kuhn is one of our professional mixologists whom is a member of the Bartender's Guild here in Lincoln. She practices her passion of infusing creations, creating scratch-made syrups, and bringing in the most rare wines from around the country. Our bar service should be called "Dinner and a Show" with the amount of gorgeous presentation our bartenders deliver in creating their masterpieces.
Venue has recently started branded our Catering and Events services. We want to deliver a WOW experience when our Guests choose us for their event. When performing, we execute the vision of our Guest's special day by going that extra step in anticipating their needs. We offer up to 600+ off-site catering with the same experience you get when booking a group of 12. Our buffet set-up is an entire decorated layout with only the most professional setting. Our large variety is executed by Venue's very own Catering Chef, Travis Chrisman, whom takes elegant presentation and combines it with many of his culinary talents. We offer astounding on-site catering enhancing it with three gorgeous private dining rooms. Our brick rustic room is located downtown in our Goodcents location at 14th and P Street. This room is designed to flip into a cocktail type atmosphere perfect for an appetizer spread mixed with an open bar. Our other two dining room selections are on property at our Venue location on 70th and Pioneers Blvd. These two eclectic rooms can hold up to 250 cocktail Guests and 150 sit down.
