Knox United Church, with its traditional center-aisle layout, good lighting and excellent acoustics, is often the facility of choice for couples, wedding planners, and even the film industry.

A kaleidoscope of stained glass windows in the sanctuary creates a dazzling display of colour and beauty. The open wood vaulted ceilings and oak pews (with cushions) create a comfortable atmosphere for your guests. The powerful Casavant organ or the Kawai grand piano can add much to the joyful occasion.

Built in 1948, Knox holds up to 300 people in the main sanctuary. There is also a small chapel in the sanctuary building which provides a more intimate setting for small groups (~35 people). Knox has an expansive balcony for guests and video recording, easy and ample free parking, and a church hall for receptions if you wish.

Knox's splendid sanctuary is available for couples who wish to have their wedding celebrated by a minister of their choice, after consultation with our resident minister. It is not a requirement for the couple to be congregation members of Knox; however, it is necessary that they want a Christian ceremony. Couples of all sexual orientations are welcomed at Knox and can be married within the church.
