The Alfred I. Dupont Building is Miami’s only Art Deco skyscraper and a representation of Depression Moderne architecture. Built in 1939, the restored mezzanine level began serving as an elegant special event space in 2001.
A former bank headquarters, the 22,000-square-foot space with two distinct ballrooms boasts wall-to-wall marble flooring, hand-painted cypress wood ceilings, original brass scrollwork on gates, and original teller windows and bank vaults.
