Ye Kendall Inn

We had so many problems with the staff. From the beginning, when we met with the Bridal Consultant to finalize everything....then, she is "replaced" and ALL of the information was wrong! Including the date! Our records were never right....fought them the whole way. We showed up for rehearsal on the lawn, and they just started to mow it!! When I got the manager, she said they forgot to bring it up at the meeting! Really?? The new sound system cut out, thank God we brought our own so that we would have faint music during the ceremony. I was asked to help serve the toasting wine at reception, they were short-handed..again, really??! They even forgot the wine glasses...we had to use plastic short glasses from the bar. It was more tiresome than this even...do yourself a favor, and pick somewhere else to have your special day:)
