We smoke all of our own meats at both locations for fast and fresh barbecue to you anytime and anywhere within a 100 mile radius of our Chattanooga catering market.

We offer smoked beef brisket, pork shoulder, chicken breasts, and barbecued ribs from our pit that can be served as a sandwich, a dinner, or our shredded meats can be piled high on our famous stuffed barbecue potatoes. In addition to our smoked meats, we have a variety of other menu options like stews, soups, salads, chicken fingers, burgers, hot dogs, and, of course, delicious desserts to round out any meal.
