Very easy to work with, and detail oriented during the planning process - but we didn't get what we were expecting. The food at the wedding was not what we had tasted earlier (it was dry and a bit bland). I understand that it's difficult to cook for that many, but it's their business! Also, we had a buffet line, which they closed and cleaned up IMMEDIATELY after people had gone through (only once!) This resulted in a ton of leftover food, which we would've preferred our guests to have had the opportunity to eat.
